Chris Nolan is focused on solving one of the most overlooked gaps in marketing — what actually happens between a click and a conversion. After years building digital marketing systems and overseeing large-scale media investment, he observed a consistent pattern: brands invest heavily in content and measurement at the top and bottom of the funnel, but lack focus and visibility into the engagement that shapes both.That gap — the Missing Middle — became the foundation for Promobiley. Chris leads the company’s strategy and product direction, focused on helping brands transform post-click experiences into observable, measurable engagement.

Adam Le
Co-Founder & CTO

Adam Le is focused on making consumer engagement observable — not inferred. With a background in building scalable, secure technology and interactive digital experiences, Adam has spent his career developing systems that power how marketing is delivered and experienced. At Promobiley, Adam leads the security, architecture, and development of the platform, ensuring that MoMo experiences are seamless for consumers and structured in a way that makes engagement observable at scale.

Brandon Beatty
Co-Founder

Brandon Beatty is focused on turning consumer engagement into measurable insight that informs better marketing decisions. With a background in statistical methods, data science, and marketing strategy, Brandon brings a rigorous analytical perspective to understanding how engagement shapes outcomes. At Promobiley, Brandon developed MoMoIQ and introduced the concept of Engagement Quality — and invented the Engagement Quality Index (EQI™), a framework for evaluating how consumers interact with content before conversion.

The Promobiley founding team has worked together for over a decade and is now building its second platform together — following their previous work developing an AI-driven marketing automation platform for large brands. That experience revealed a consistent gap: marketing systems are highly optimized to drive reach and measure outcomes, but fail to build, test, and shape the engagement in between — where interest forms, intent develops, and performance is shaped.
